1.Where the products shipped from?

They shipped from Jiangsu, China, usually taking 15-30 days to European and South American countries.

2.  Are the products easy to break during transportation?

Damage during transportation is very rare. Items are wrapped individually with bubble wrap and foam before being placed into a 5- layer corrugated cardboard box. If items are found damaged when you receive them, please contact us for compensation.We will return the money back or send a new one to you.

3. Can you do OEM service?

Of course, we can make your own logo or make shapes and sizes as required.

4. I am a smoke shop owner, can you provide products according to my selections?

5. Do I need to pay import tax and customs clearance fee?

Each country has a different policy regarding import tax and customs clearance fee. These costs, when arises, are at buyers’ cost. The express courier company will assist you in the process. Please check on your side for relevant government policies.

6. How should I make the payment?

At present we have the following ways to make the payment, you will see the options when you move to the checkout:

2) Pay by Western Union

3) Pay by  Alibaba Trade Assurance Order, this way you have to be a member of www.alibaba.com first.
